yogurts, can be used to make dips, salad dressing, or even to make delicious
roasted vegetables with a dollop of healthy celery yogurt dressing.
All
this recipe needs is for you to follow 4 straightforward steps to make roasted
vegetables topped with celery yogurt.
Step 1: Place the chopped
carrots, cauliflower, zucchini and celery sticks in a bowl and season it with
salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, cumin, oregano and a dash of olive oil.
Step 2: Place the bowl in the
oven at 180 F for 30 minutes. Remove the celery and zucchini and replace the
bowl in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Prepare the yogurt by
adding a bit of extra virgin olive oil, a dash of salt and pepper, 1 green
chili, finely chopped, lemon zest and lemon juice.
