How to make Greek dip with yogurt: Tzatziki

Eating healthy yogurt that has only natural ingredients for glowing skin is no secret. You may like your yogurt plain, flavored, teamed with fruits or in the form of lassi; this low fat dairy product, rich in protein and laden with good bacteria, is not only good for digestion, but is also way to stay fit.

There are of course other interesting ways to make yogurt a tasty part of your entree. The Greek dip, Tzatziki, is simple to make, yummy to taste and a perfect companion for nachos or potato wedges. Here’s how you can make your own Tzatziki:

Dice one large cucumber and blend it in the blender. Add 1 garlic clove minced, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves and a few black peppercorns. Blend this mixture well and then stir it into 3 cups of whole milk yogurt. Refrigerate it for 3 hours before you serve it with nachos, tortilla chips or anything else you’d like a dip with!
